Note: This guarantee only applies to puppies born and raised at our kennel.
Please read over all the health guarantee carefully!
We require that you take your new puppy to a vet of your choice (at your expense) within 48 hrs. (excluding weekends and/or holidays) from the time of pickup or arrival of your puppy.
If durning the initial exam within 48 hrs. your puppy is found to have an untreatable life threaten problem (this does not include a bacterial infection such as Worms , which are treatable and common in puppies) the puppy should be returned to the kennel immediately with vet proof of date of exam, the life threatening problem and discription of the puppy examined. The kennel will replace the puppy if one is still available from that litter, if none are available one will be given from another litter .
If your puppy needs to be replaced and your puppy was shipped to you, it is your (New Owner) responsibility to pay for shipping on the puppy.
The kennel will not pay shipping on a puppy (either sending one to you or you sending one back to be replaced). Shipping cost is New Owner's responsibility.
New owner should use reasonable judgment with their new puppy. Puppies should not be taken to a public place such as (a pet store or park) until they have completed their entire cycle of shots due to the risk of contagious illness. Breeder is not responsible for any illness picked up from puppy being placed in an unsafe environment.
Genetic Health Guarantee
Our puppies are guarantee up to year and a half against genetic conditions. If within the year and a half period your puppy/dog is examined by 2 vets of your choice at (New Owner's Expense) (no refunds will be given for vet exams) and is found to have a sever case of Hip Dyplasia and proof is given to the kennel by both vets and they prove it is not a result of abuse or an accident (being hit by a car, etc.) the puppy/dog must be returned to the kennel at (New Owner's Expense) then a replacement will be given from a litter
Conditions Of A Puppy Replacement
Internal parasites or worms are not a reason for a puppy replacement. Parasites and worms are common in puppies and are treatable.
Diarrhea is not a reason for a puppy replacement. It is common for a puppy to have diarrhea until it gets adjusted to it's new home.
our Kennel guarantee is only offered to the original owner. If the puppy/dog is sold at any time the guarantee is void.
No cash refunds will be given for any reason. We do not cover cost of vet bills, shots, wormings, shipping or any medications puppy might need to cure an illness that might develop after the puppy leaves the kennel.
